Platium AICA LLC, operator of Second Chance OS™, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or
2. Contact our support team through the site and we will route your request to Paddle.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. The 30-day guarantee applies to the initial purchase. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case by Paddle.
